Ben Gets His Keys For 47, Nelthorpe Street, Lincoln

Just got back from Lincoln where we had to get the keys for Ben's house, for the last two years of his time studying at University.

Ben is sharing with 3 friends and they have a room in the terrace house each. They share the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

We were told to collect the keys at 10am and we were the first to arrive, so Ben got to pick which bedroom he wanted out of all four. He chose "No.3", a large, bright and airy room which looks out over the quiet road to the front of the house. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, desk and chair - and very nice it is too, especially after swapping the position of the wardrobe and chest of drawers to exactly where Ben wanted them.

The house is really nice and is equipped, amongst the usual stuff, with WIFI, an alarm, leather sofas, washing machine, dish washer, large walk-in shower and a corner bath!

Not quite sure about the outside terrace, but I guess they will only be there over the winter months up until Easter ish, so outside amenities really arn't an issue.

Overall, a really nice terrace house, sharing with some great lads, in a good location close to the Uni etc., and at a great price. Fantastic.
